Chasing Lights is a solo exhibition by Shruti Goyal, a Delhi-based artist whose works explore the delicate interplay of light, color, and emotion. In this series of paintings, Shruti continues her
journey of capturing fleeting moments of illumination—whether found in the soft glow of nature or within the inner landscapes of human emotions. Through her use of oil, acrylic, and digital mediums, she seeks to express how light transforms, moves, and reveals itself both externally in the world and internally within us.
The exhibition draws viewers into a contemplative space where color fields and textures invite reflection. Each artwork feels like a step in a journey—a pursuit of clarity, beauty, and the balance between intensity and calmness.
The works included in Chasing Lights speak to the subtle and dynamic ways in which light plays a role in shaping our understanding of the world and ourselves. From the soft hues of dawn in Winter Sun to the bold expressions in The Weight of Blue and the immersive experience of Lost in Light, the exhibition reflects the artist’s desire to capture the essence of time, place, and emotion through color.
